How are shipping charges calculated?
Shipping charges are calculated on the basis of the total weight of the goods ordered according to the following table.

When will my order arrive?
Orders are usually shipped within 2 days and should arrive within 2 to 5 working days thereafter. You will be notified by email when your order has been shipped. Your credit card will not be charged until stock availability has been confirmed and your order has been shipped and is on its way. An order's status may also be tracked by clicking here.

What do the stock indicators mean?
Stock indicators are described below. Although stock levels are constantly updated it is impossible to guarantee that an order will always be in stock. If an item cannot be supplied you will be notified as to when it will be available and you may choose to cancel the order (at no charge).

Confirmed on Order
Indicates that stock is low or cannot be easily determined. Fulfilment will be confirmed once the product has been ordered.
Out of Stock
Indicates that currently the product is out of stock. You may contact us to obtain an indication of when further stock will be available. |
